Tomato Processing Line Used 6.000 kg/hour

Complete tomato processing line designed for the primary processing of fresh tomatoes with a capacity of up to 6 tons per hour. The line performs washing, rinsing, manual inspection, conveying, crushing and three-stage refining to produce high-quality homogeneous tomato pulp suitable for further processing into tomato paste, sauces or other tomato-based products.

The line was manufactured by FRUCTMAS (Hungary) in 1996 and underwent a major technical service overhaul in 2026, including mechanical servicing, replacement of wear components, installation of a new electrical control cabinet with frequency inverters and preparation for immediate installation and commissioning. The line has been dismantled and is ready for transport.

Process Description

Fresh tomatoes enter the first bubble washer where soil, sand and other impurities are removed. The product is then transferred to the second washing stage for final rinsing before passing over the inspection conveyor, where damaged fruit and foreign materials are removed manually.

The cleaned tomatoes are conveyed by the bucket elevator to the crusher, where they are transformed into tomato mash. The mash is pumped to the three-stage refining station, where skins, seeds and coarse particles are progressively separated, producing a smooth, homogeneous tomato pulp suitable for further concentration, pasteurization or filling operations.
